| The Ikarus C42 B is a very individual aeroplane and can be adapted
by your wishes and special application possibilities. Some examples are specified in the following. For further information please ask your Ikarus Flight Center (IFC) nearby. |
| C42 B as an aerotow plane |
| The C42 is designed for up to 650 kg hauled
load. It may also be used as a banner-towing airplane. The aerotowing version "Bison" is the alternative solution for sailplane clubs. |
| C42 as a float plane |
| The float-equipment makes it possible to build up the land- to float-plane
within only 2,5 hours. This enables you for example to take part in a pure nature flying vacation in Finland. |

| Almost everything is possible, e.g. the C42 used for agricultural crop control. |
